By accessing or using JodiSoul, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and premium subscribers.

2Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use JodiSoul.
• You must be legally eligible to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not have been previously banned or removed from our platform.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

3Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. JodiSoul reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

4Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other users.
• Soliciting money, financial information, or gifts from other users.
• Posting explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise platform security.
• Impersonating another person or entity.

5Premium Services

JodiSoul offers optional premium subscription plans that unlock additional features. All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6Intellectual Property

JodiSoul and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JodiSoul and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant JodiSoul a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating the service.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

JodiSoul is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will result in relationships or marriages. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JodiSoul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of JodiSoul shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

11Changes to Terms

JodiSoul reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or prominent in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the updated terms, you must stop using JodiSoul.
